Last updated: 27 September 2026

1. Introduction

Welcome to Pearl and Bo (“we,” “our,” or “us”). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website https://www.pearlandbo.co.uk/. Please read this privacy policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this privacy policy, please do not access the site.

Pearl and Bo Bespoke Furniture Ltd (company number 15631267, registered office 20 Wenlock Road, London N1 7GU) is responsible for your personal information as the data controller.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us, such as your name, email address, and contact details when you fill out our contact form or otherwise contact us. We may also automatically collect certain information when you visit, use, or navigate the website, such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, and access times.

3. Use of Your Information

We may use the information we collect from you to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain our website.
  • Improve, personalize, and expand our website.
  • Understand and analyze how you use our website.
  • Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support.
  • Find and prevent fraud.

We reply to enquiries because you asked us to, or to take steps towards working together. We use Google Analytics only with your consent, which you give by clicking Accept on our cookie notice and can withdraw at any time.

4. Disclosure of Your Information

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your Personally Identifiable Information unless we provide users with advance notice. This does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or serving our users, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release information when its release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others’ rights, property, or safety.

The service providers that handle information for us are: Vercel, which hosts this website; Resend, which delivers the messages sent through our contact form to our inbox; Google Workspace, which runs our email; and, only if you accept cookies, Google Analytics. Some of these providers may process information outside the UK, in which case it is protected by the safeguards UK data protection law requires, such as approved contract terms.

5. Data Security

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.

6. Cookies and Web Beacons

Your browser remembers whether you accepted or declined cookies, so we don’t ask on every visit. This is needed for the site to work and is not used to track you.

Only if you click Accept, we use Google Analytics (provided by Google Ireland Limited) to count visits and understand how people find and use our website: which pages are viewed, how visitors arrived, their general location (town or city) and device, and, for visitors signed in to Google who allow it, broad age range and interests. It also records when someone sends an enquiry or taps our phone number or email address. It sets cookies named _ga and _ga_* that last up to two years, and we keep Google Analytics data for 14 months. We don’t use it for advertising, and it never receives what you type into our contact form. You can read how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

If you decline, no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time:

7. Your Data Protection Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • The right to access – You have the right to request copies of your personal data.
  • The right to rectification – You have the right to request that we correct any information you believe is inaccurate.
  • The right to erasure – You have the right to request that we erase your personal data, under certain conditions.
  • The right to withdraw consent – You can change your cookie choice at any time using the button in section 6.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

8. Children’s Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
